We require at least 7 days notice prior to departure to cancel a tour. Tour operator needs this time to fill this spot with another customer.We can not Refund any of Your amout if we are not notified by email or contact form. ÿRefunds will be issued to these customersÿ7 days after tours completed.

After Tours booked we can not issue any refund till tours completed.You will be issued a refund to your paypal account only 7 days after tours completed.
If you need to cancel and get refunded sooner before Tour Date we charge %20 cancelation and Handling Fee.
 
No-shows for any tour, will not be refunded.If for some reason you did not go to tour or activity and did not notify us 7 days before you can still schedule a free tour if seating available on that tour.Pelease call first the number on voucherÿimmediatelyÿ to reschedule.If that does not work please contact us same day from easymarmaris.com to resolve the issue. If you can not call us same day (TOUR DAY) we consider this tour complete.
 
We are the supplier reserve the right to cancel tours or change location or time ÿdue to unforeseen circumstances.In the event of a cancellation on our part you will be refunded by Easy Marmaris.
 
We provide phone numbers on vouchers so you can call in case of a problem like being late to pick you up from hotel.Please do not hesitate to call this number.
